I used to play scrabble in another language and remember that there was no limitation on the number of words to form (transform) during one payer's turn as
long as (s)he has sufficient letters to do so. This made the game more interesting and challenging.
My son tells me that you cannot play like that in English scrabble. However, I couldn't find a place in the rules specifically and unambiguously prohibiting a player from forming more than one word per turn.
