Well, One of the luckiest game I've been into (and still running). The first turn, I get CENTAUR. Then I played BONEY (reserving the frequently used letters T, I, V, E). My third turn, I played INVITES. Whoaa.. I wonder if she can catch up.. well, nothing's impossible in scrabble games!

At another scrabble site I created 5 bingos in addition to high scoring plays that actually were more than a bingo play. BE KIND TO ANIMALS

My opponent had played a single letter in the left-most column between the two triple-word spaces and I had a 7-letter play that spanned both of them for an 8-letter word. I forget the word I played now, but it was beautiful. I got the points for the face value, tripled that score, RE-tripled it and then added the 50 point bonus, for a score of 148 on a single play. My opponent just caved in. I made over 500 points in that game. Definitely my best ever.

Posts: 2 (08/08/08 06:41:19) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	One great evening I was : Making espressos for customers, enjoying a cigar and playing TWO games over the bartop with a couple of regular customers. That alone made it a very enjoyable moment. I finished the first game with a decent win, and we all focused on the 2nd. It was going well, and then about where we were down to 20 letters left in the tile **%, I got a re-Triple, for I think about 182 points (WISH I'd had a camera on me at the time !!). I'd already been about 75 or so points ahead, so the score leaped to over 400. At that point my opponent folded - didn't even want to continue. I persuaded him to just play for fun, and we finished the game. Very enjoyable, and I've never yet had another re-Triple. That's my most memorable game!
